Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients shopping for mens shoes
• Actively engage customers on the sales floor to build relationships and drive purchases
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals
• Maintain expert knowledge of product assortment and current inventory
• Process transactions accurately and handle payments on the sales floor
• Support visual merchandising and ensure product displays are well presented
• Coordinate with team to manage stock and replenishment needs
• Participate in store meetings and sales initiatives to maximize performance

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, ideally in footwear or mens fashion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a full time schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Comfort working on commission with a target-driven approach
• Basic POS and cash handling experience
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
• Ability to stand and assist customers on the sales floor for extended periods
