Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide styling recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling

• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor replenishment
• Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Support store events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury retail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working on commission and motivated by sales targets
• Professional presentation and knowledge of current menswear trends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
