Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers in the women's shoes department.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance through clienteling and follow-up.
• Process transactions accurately, handle exchanges and returns, and explain commissionable sales when applicable.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock inventory, and support visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
