Commission Sales Associate supporting womens ready to wear sales on 59th Street. Responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving sales through product knowledge and relationship building, and achieving individual commission targets while representing the brand in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients on the sales floor to drive purchases and meet commission goals
- Maintain expert product knowledge of womens ready to wear merchandise
- Build and nurture client relationships and manage clienteling activities
- Provide personalized styling and fitting assistance to clients
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
- Support visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Follow store policies for loss prevention and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail sales or clienteling experience, preferably in womens ready to wear
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets on a commission basis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide high level customer service and personalized styling
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and brands
- Reliable availability to work a retail schedule including weekends
- Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand
