Summary
Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving sales of womens ready to wear merchandise in a high-end retail environment. This full time temporary role focuses on delivering personalized customer service, achieving sales targets on a commission basis, and maintaining an elevated presentation of merchandise and the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their needs and provide styling recommendations for womens ready to wear.
- Achieve individual sales goals and maximize commission opportunities through proactive selling.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and clienteling efforts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges per store policy.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure fitting rooms and sales floor are organized and stocked.
- Participate in visual merchandising and markdowns as directed by management.
- Collaborate with store team to support inventory replenishment and stockroom organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales or fashion experience, preferably in womens ready to wear or luxury apparel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working on commission.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active retail duties.
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as required by the store schedule.
