Responsibilities
- Greet and build rapport with clients to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow up.
- Provide product knowledge and styling guidance for womens ready to wear pieces.
- Process transactions accurately and handle commission tracking as required.
- Maintain floor merchandising standards and ensure garments are properly presented.
- Receive and process inventory shipments and assist with stockroom organization.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store reset activities.
- Support clienteling efforts including appointments and outreach.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in womens ready to wear or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and working on commission.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to work a full time schedule including weekends and peak periods.
- Basic cash handling and point of sale experience.
- Professional presentation and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
