Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation according to store standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system and handle client purchases and returns.
• Participate in inventory counts, merchandise replenishment, and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in womenswear or luxury apparel, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks related to merchandising.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures; commission-based sales experience preferred.
