Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and provide expert styling advice for womens ready to wear
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Manage fitting room assistance and ensure garments are presented impeccably
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory on floor is well stocked
• Collaborate with store team to support promotions and events

Requirements
