Part-time commission sales associate role focused on womens ready to wear at the North Michigan location. Temporary position supporting sales floor activity and delivering a luxury client experience. Works collaboratively with store team to meet sales objectives and maintain presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients
• Drive sales through proactive client engagement and follow up
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a commission basis
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
• Process transactions and handle client payments accurately
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support store events and client appointments as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience in fashion or luxury goods
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and knowledge of womens ready to wear
• Comfortable working on a commission based compensation model
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
