Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and styling advice to clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a commission basis
• Maintain floor standards and merchandise presentation
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Participate in visual merchandising and store events

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience in womens ready to wear or luxury fashion
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working on commission
