Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers on the sales floor and by appointment.
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations for womens ready to wear.
- Drive sales to meet individual and store targets on a commission basis.
- Build and maintain long term client relationships and clienteling activities.
- Process transactions and manage point of sale procedures accurately.
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
- Coordinate inventory, samples, and fitting room operations.
- Participate in store events and trunk shows as needed.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury womens ready to wear.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work on a commission structure.
