Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store and online experience while building customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and sharing the benefits of loyalty programs.
• Circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, merchandise-to-sell standards, and floor and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present information clearly.
• Creative and strategic thinking to meet customer needs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
