Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, merchandise standards, and floor and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present information clearly.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
