Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations for womens shoes

• Achieve individual sales targets and maximize commission earnings
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
