Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful product and style guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, follow-up, and digital tools.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain current product knowledge.
• Stock, re-merchandise, mark down, and recover merchandise, and participate in inventory counts.
• Support teammates and maintain department productivity and presentation.
