Responsibilities

• Follow the selling standard, assist customers, and provide confident fit and style advice.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store service, follow-up, and digital tools.
• Meet personal sales goals and keep current on product knowledge and trends.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Support the team and contribute to a productive department environment.
