Summary

Provide a welcoming shopping experience for families and gift-shoppers in the Kids Apparel and Shoes department. Build customer relationships, offer expert sizing and style guidance, and meet personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Provide style and fit guidance, follow up with customers, and support customer loyalty programs.
• Meet sales goals and maintain product knowledge and awareness of trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-first mindset, comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours and meet physical demands, including frequent movement and lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds occasionally.
