Summary

Provide a welcoming shopping experience for parents, children, and gift-shoppers in the Kids Apparel and Shoes department. Build customer relationships, offer expert sizing and style guidance, and meet personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent selling experience, build a personal customer base, and follow up with customers using in-store and digital tools.
• Provide style and fit advice, share product knowledge, and work toward personal sales goals.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Support inventory counts and contribute to a productive, positive team environment.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
