Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard and build customer relationships through in-store interactions, follow-up, and digital tools.
• Offer style and fit guidance, maintain product knowledge, and achieve personal sales goals.
• Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise, and participating in inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
