Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and fit guidance while building customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable experience through in-store and digital interactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide bra fittings, fit advice, and styling guidance.
• Build a loyal customer base through outreach, digital tools, and personalized follow-up.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
