Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide confident style and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain current knowledge of products and trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, productive department.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
