Provide personalized shoe-shopping service and product expertise to help customers find the right footwear. Build lasting customer relationships, meet sales goals, and create an engaging experience through in-store and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful style and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals, follow up with customers, and support customer loyalty programs.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends, and contribute to a productive team environment.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-first mindset, comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, and handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
