Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide honest style and fit advice.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, follow-up, and customer enrollment.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
