Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide knowledgeable style and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while maintaining product knowledge.
• Stock, re-merchandise, mark down, and recover merchandise; participate in inventory counts.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, productive department environment.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
