Responsibilities

• Help customers select pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Use in-store interactions and digital tools to share curated looks and engage customers.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge with the ability to advise customers on completing their looks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven approach to sales and customer outreach.
• Comfort using social media and digital tools to engage customers.
• Availability for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
