Responsibilities

• Help customers select clothing that complements their style and wardrobe.
• Use in-store and digital interactions to share curated looks and engage customers.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointments, and follow-up after purchases.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized selling space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling, wardrobe, and product knowledge with the ability to advise customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Motivation to meet sales targets and build a personal business through networking and digital selling.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
