Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and follow up with customers using available digital tools.
• Build a personal customer base, offer style recommendations, and share product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Set and achieve sales goals while keeping the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Support inventory activities and contribute to a productive team environment.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
