Summary

Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Create a welcoming shopping experience through product knowledge, styling suggestions, and thoughtful follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a loyal personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer style and fit advice, share product knowledge, and recommend alterations when appropriate.
• Set and achieve sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, recovering merchandise, and participating in inventory counts.
• Support teammates and maintain a productive department while working a flexible schedule.

• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and meet the physical requirements of the role.
