Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer helpful styling and fit recommendations.
• Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and timely follow-up.
• Meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and support a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and inventory counts.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
