Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling service in the Women's Apparel department. Build customer relationships, share fashion expertise, and meet personal sales goals while contributing to a productive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful style and fit advice.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools; follow up after purchases.
• Achieve personal sales goals and stay current on product knowledge and trends.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and support other departments as needed.
