Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide confident style and fit recommendations.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and recovering merchandise.
• Stay informed about products and trends, support teammates, and participate in inventory counts.
