Summary

Provide personalized styling and service to women's apparel customers while building lasting customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Maintain fashion and product knowledge to help customers find wardrobe pieces that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard through welcoming, helpful service, fashion expertise, and follow-up.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools.
• Offer style and fit recommendations, share product knowledge, and meet personal sales goals.
• Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise, and participating in inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
