Summary

Provide personalized fashion and styling service to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and meeting personal sales goals. Maintain expertise in fit, fashion trends, and product knowledge to help customers find apparel that suits their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful style and fit advice.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals, follow up with customers, and support Nordy Club enrollment.
• Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise.
• Stay current on products and trends, support the team, and contribute to a productive department.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-first mindset and comfort using technology and digital selling tools.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
