Summary

Provide personalized styling and service to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Share product knowledge and fashion expertise to help customers find clothing that suits their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a personal customer base through in-store and digital outreach.
• Offer styling and fit advice, follow up with customers, and work toward personal sales goals.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise.
• Stay current on products and trends, support teammates, and work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to build customer relationships.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
