Responsibilities- Administer incentive programs for annual bonus, quarterly bonus, commissions, and productivity incentives.
- Maintain job and compensation-related data, including job governance materials and location details.
- Execute pay structure and individual pay changes related to minimum wage and salary increases.
- Support market analysis and assist with annual survey participation.
- Create and update client-facing compensation tools and user instructions.
- Produce and distribute compensation-related reporting and audits.
- Partner with Compensation Consultants for client-based project work.
- Support annual compensation review process in Workday.
- Research and resolve employee portal cases from HR Service Center.
- Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in compensation, accounting, finance, or similar analytic roles.
- Basic knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Ability to share data analysis and conclusions clearly.
- Organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate within and across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
