Job Description

Summary

As a Compensation Manager at Ralph Lauren in Nutley, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing compensation strategies. You will work closely with global teams to ensure accurate data and support compensation decisions, contributing to the company's overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and evaluation of compensation programs and salary infrastructure.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses using compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.
  • Lead the global year-end compensation review process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and monitor wage changes.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify and address pay equity disparities.
  • Collaborate with People and Development Partners to address client needs and make compensation recommendations.
  • Maintain and configure compensation systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Workday's compensation modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detailed with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Preferred project management experience related to Workday implementations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn.
