Concept Design Assistant

As a Concept Design Assistant at Ralph Lauren, you will support the Women's Concept team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting with concept design, brand styling, and special projects, requiring superior organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and return samples, including bought, rented, design, showroom, and library samples.
• Organize digital files and maintain team share folders.
• Support digital and physical presentations by gathering materials and editing images.
• Assist with licensee design and track samples.
• Maintain and update the concept print library.
• Book models and photographers for concept presentations.
• Print style out and campaign images for the selection process.
• Take notes during concept meetings and share with attendees.
• Prepare for line reviews and style outs, supporting space set-up.
• Research concept prompts and pitch ideas to the team.

• Background in fashion, art, or design.
• Strong understanding of Polo Woman and high taste level.
• Creative thinker with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across cultures and divisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Minimum of three days a week on-site.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
