Job Description

Summary

As a Concierge/Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Roseville, you will play a dual role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the client experience. You will split your time between advising clients on products and serving as the first point of contact in the store, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals and objectives.
  • Master brand and product knowledge to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Set the tone for the client's experience as the first point of contact in the store.
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to achieve goals and support business strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Passion for luxury retail and client service.
