Job Description

Summary

The Concierge delivers exceptional customer service to Holt Renfrew clients, managing inquiries in person phone and email while maintaining expert knowledge of store products services and local community resources. The role supports client services and sales floor activities and contributes to event coordination and concierge partnerships to ensure a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistently excellent customer service acting as an ambassador for clients
  • Maintain expert knowledge of store layout inventory and product locations
  • Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person via phone and via email
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours
  • Process gift cards for internal and external clients
  • Support client services department and act as POS super user on the sales floor
  • Develop and maintain relationships with concierge community and vendors
  • Assist with store events including lists ticket collection and RSVPs
  • Maintain and update event related content on displays and respond to inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of computer software including Word Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to inquiries
