Concierge

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service as the Concierge, acting as an ambassador for clients and maintaining expert knowledge of the store, local community, and available services. Handle inquiries and requests in person, by phone, and by email while supporting the sales floor and client services team. Ensure privacy and cyber security compliance and participate in store events and concierge community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently excellent level of customer service to all clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and product locations.
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person at the information kiosk, via phone, and via email.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
• Process gift cards for internal and external clients.
• Support client services department and sales floor as a POS super user.
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and the concierge community.
• Assist with store events including lists, ticket collection, and RSVPs.
• Maintain event screens and ensure event related inquiries are addressed promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Good working knowledge of computer software such as Word Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to develop and maintain vendor and community relationships.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills to resolve standard customer service issues within policy.
