Job Description

Summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Concierge host to join our team at our Aventura location. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for building genuine relationships with our worldly clientele and setting the tone for their in-store experience.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate the process of building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs.
  • Offer direction to appropriate departments and Universes within the store.
  • Serve as the client’s first point of contact within the store, setting the tone for their experience.
  • Greet each Client with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity.
  • Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and on-going in-store events.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for luxury retail and client service.
