Summary

Concierge role at the Rodeo location focused on building genuine relationships with clients, greeting visitors with courtesy, managing appointment calendars, and coordinating with the Client Experience team to ensure a seamless in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and set the tone for their in-store experience
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments and universes
• Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and on-going in-store events
• Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with store staff
• Provide high degree of courtesy and integrity in all client interactions
• Act as an ambassador of the brand and uphold the Louis Vuitton promise
• Support a seamless client experience through proactive communication and coordination
