Summary

Concierge responsible for greeting clients, building genuine relationships, managing client appointments and supporting a seamless in-store client experience. The role partners with the Client Experience team and store staff to achieve individual and team goals while maintaining back-of-house efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for clients and set the tone for their in-store experience
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments and universes
• Manage daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events
• Collaborate with Client Experience team and store colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Support back-of-house efficiency and store operations
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales and service goals
• Deliver high standards of courtesy and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements

• Previous client service or luxury retail experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build genuine client relationships and anticipate needs
• Organizational skills to manage appointments and events
• Team oriented with ability to collaborate across departments
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Availability to work part-time schedules in-store
