Summary
The Concierge Specialist delivers high-touch client service by managing the store entrance, phone inquiries, hospitality services and in-appointment support. This role owns bar operations, coordinates local and white-glove deliveries, and executes in-store events and activations to ensure seamless client handoffs and elevated presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Station at main entrance to welcome clients and direct them to advisors or leaders.
- Answer and assess incoming store calls, maintaining a service-first approach.
- Manage end-to-end bar operations and train advisors on consistent serving standards.
- Provide in-appointment support and ensure careful handoffs between staff and clients.
- Coordinate local and white-glove deliveries, track status, and communicate with advisors and clients.
- Serve as primary in-store contact for events, trunk shows, and branded activations.
- Source and manage hospitality vendor partnerships to enhance the in-store experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing service roles.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to deliver personalized, high-touch experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, advisors, leaders, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting events, appointments, hospitality services, and client experience initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills for real-time decision making.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with retail or client management systems preferred; flexible availability including weekends and special events.
