Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will assist the Vice President of Construction in managing new retail and enhancement projects at existing stores, as well as small projects for retail, corporate offices, and warehouses. The role involves working with local architects and vendors to ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints, while maintaining Hermes quality standards.

• Work with local architects and vendors to ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.
• Maintain Hermes sustainability program goals throughout project life.
• Perform site visits to ensure timely project completion.
• Handle administrative duties including contract management and invoice payment.
• Support review of detailed shop drawings.
• Manage external consultants and vendors.
• Perform customer service under pressure for internal departments and clients.
• Support maintenance issues post-opening of new stores.
• Manage execution of minor works projects including temporary stores and renovations.
• Report cost discrepancies and schedule issues to the VP of Construction.

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• High level of knowledge in shop drawing review.
• Experience managing external consultants and vendors.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Ability to perform key functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
