Summary
The Designer, CVM - Windows conceptualizes and executes window displays and in-store creative environments for global and regional markets. The role produces sketches, renders, 3D models and design presentations, adapting concepts for rollout across varied stores and fixtures. The candidate must be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and support installations as required.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design and develop visual merchandising concepts for seasonal window campaigns, heritage windows, and special projects
- Produce sketches, renders, design presentations and design intent documents for internal review and approval
- Adapt design concepts for global rollout across diverse store formats and fixtures
- Create 3D models of design concepts and liaise with production to communicate design details
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, and support in-store installation when needed
- Research materials, finishes and fabrication innovations to elevate the brand image
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field
- 2 years of professional design or related work experience (2 to 3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising and luxury retail environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced 3D CAD skills (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or similar)
- Understanding of production processes, technical drawings and project development
- Excellent conceptual, spatial, storytelling, communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines; knowledge of materials and fabrication processes
