Responsibilities- Assist with planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for global initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of smaller pop-up events in New York City to engage influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Manage influencer mailers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the social media strategy for global campaigns.
- Generate engaging organic content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights for content optimization.
- Help plan and kick off the summer fall consumer marketing campaigns.
- Support the Paid, Earned, and Owned media teams with various tasks and projects.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and media contacts.
- Collaborate with creative teams and marketing teams to execute all business influencer and social strategy.
- Coordinate press related events with fresh founders, media contacts, and influencers.
- Assist with quarterly global consumer marketing reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Consumer Marketing team.
Requirements- A rising Junior, Senior or May 2025 graduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- CapCut experience is highly desirable.
