- Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise product and process improvement landmarks to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
- Standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Audit Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence direction.
- Knowledge of lean concepts and tools (5S, visual workplace, mistake proofing, PDCA, standard work, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power Bi.
- Willingness to invest in continuous learning of lean principles and tools.
