Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
- Monitor equipment metrics and collaborate with facilities and operations teams to address performance issues.
- Perform system assessments to identify and repair deficiencies, improving system performance.
- Communicate technical issues to Facilities Maintenance Management and Operations Leaders.
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical instrumentation.
- Conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of process control systems.
- Analyze system failures to determine root causes and plan follow-up activities.
- Provide assistance to peers and utilize network support resources as needed.
Requirements- Associate's degree in electronic technology/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of systems control knowledge and PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of ladder logic and PLC software such as Allen Bradley RS LOGIX 500 or 5000.
- Experience with automation controls systems and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Warehouse Management System Software and control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
