Summary
Prepare and cook food under the guidance of the Executive Chef, following food handling, health and safety regulations and ensuring clean and organized prep and storage areas. Support inventory rotation, record quantities used and assist with food and supplies ordering while working swiftly to deliver quality client service. Contribute to financial and departmental objectives and uphold privacy and cyber security measures.
